Individual Leasing

The Pavilion at North Grounds exclusively offers individual housing contracts. This is preferable for most college students, since it ensures each resident is only responsible for their portion of their monthly payments, never their roommates’.

Management and Maintenance

Our leasing office is on-site, so you never have to go far when you have a question or need help with your lease. Plus, we use our own maintenance staff, so residents have a convenient point of contact when maintenance needs arise.

Lifestyle

Our property boasts a wide array of on-site amenities, so residents don’t need to spend money or travel far to live their best life near UVA grounds. Tour to learn more about our resort-style pool, grilling stations, study rooms, and other student-centered features and perks today!

Roommate Living
